Shiyun (Shenzhen) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (Shiyun) respects and protects the personal privacy rights of all service users. In order to provide you with more accurate and better services, we will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy. Unless otherwise specified in this privacy policy, this information will not be disclosed or provided to third parties without your prior permission. We will update this privacy policy from time to time. When you agree to the Service Use Agreement of Shiyun (hereinafter referred to as the APP), it is deemed that you have agreed to all the contents of this privacy policy. This privacy policy is an integral part of the Service Use Agreement and cannot be separated.
Everyone has different concerns about privacy rights, and our goal is to clearly indicate what information we collect so that you can wisely choose how to use it.
1）When you register an APP account, the personal registration information you provide according to the APP requirements will only be transferred to the scope of your personal authorization. In addition, we only collect the data we need to maintain the services our company provides to you.

We need to request the service of alarm reminders provided within the APP in order to provide timely feedback and notify users;

We need to request the resolution of the location of the mobile device by calling GPS and cooperating with the network;

We need to request location updates for moving mobile devices through the network;

11）When you use the APP network service or access the APP platform webpage, the APP automatically receives and records your information, including but not limited to your mobile network information, IP address, Wi Fi access point, operating system version, software version, language used, date and time of access, feature information of software and hardware, and webpage records of your needs;

d）To use this application, you must register on the application platform. Therefore, you must have submitted your personal data, such as name, phone number, etc. The portion of the data provided will be provided to us by the online store operator. The collected data will be saved and is necessary for fulfilling the contract.
13）Access the photo album and video when viewing app screenshots and video playback; To view screenshots or videos, permission from the user is required. With user permission, screenshots and video playback can be viewed;
14）Graphics display support, preview and playback, as well as frame caching for screenshots. With user permission, the app will call the phone's screenshot function to take screenshots of the screen;

Our products or services may include third-party products or services, and when you use these products or services, you may also collect and use your information to provide services for you.
If you want to display our push notifications on your mobile device, even if the application is not open on your phone, you must grant us permission. When you start the application for the first time, we will request your permission. The application will only use this so-called push notification with your explicit consent. You can disable push notifications at any time in the device settings;

f）In a transaction created on the APP platform, if either party fulfills or partially fulfills its transaction obligations and requests information disclosure, our APP has the right to decide to provide the user with the contact person of its counterparty;

a）The information and materials collected by the app regarding you will be stored on the servers of the app and/or its affiliated companies, and these information and materials may be transmitted to your country, region, or overseas where the app collects information and materials, and accessed, stored, and displayed overseas;

24）Information security
Please keep your username and password information safe to ensure that your information is not lost, in order to prevent unauthorized access, tampering, disclosure, or destruction of the information we store. Also, please note that there are no "complete security measures" on the information network;
25）When using APP network services for online transactions, it is inevitable for you to disclose your personal information, such as contact information or postal address, to the counterparty or potential counterparty. Please protect your personal information properly and only provide it to others when necessary. If you find that your personal information has been leaked, especially your username and password, please contact relevant personnel immediately to take appropriate measures;
26）Unique application number
Some services contain unique application numbers. When you install or uninstall related services or when these services regularly communicate with our server (such as automatically updating software), the system will send this number and installation related information (such as operating system type and application version number) to the application platform;
27）Does not contain unauthorized copyrighted content;
28）No dangerous download links or buttons;
29）Advertisements that do not include deceptive or disruptive advertisements, devices that interfere with the functionality of the application, or advertisements with inappropriate content. Any advertisement placed in the application will be considered as part of the application by the application platform;
30）To ensure the implementation of App related functions and the safe and stable operation of the application, we may access software development kits (SDKs) provided by third parties and related parties to access third-party SDK directories.
We will strictly monitor the security of software development kits (SDKs) used by our partners to obtain information, in order to protect data security. We list the relevant third-party and related party SDKs for access in the directory.
Please note that third-party SDKs may have certain changes in data processing types due to version upgrades, policy adjustments, and other reasons. Please refer to their official instructions for accuracy.

10. Bugly SDK
Purpose of use: Used to capture data related to abnormal program exits, facilitating program optimization
Data collection types: phone model, phone brand, Android system version, Android system API level, manufacturer system version, CPU architecture type, whether the device is root, disk space usage size, sdcard space usage size, memory space usage size, network type, application current running process name and PID, wifi status
31) The APP is used in conjunction with surveillance cameras. When using the APP, you may obtain some necessary personal information to provide related basic services
Camera permissions: Enable camera usage permissions, allowing this application to use the camera. You can add devices by scanning QR codes
Notification permission: Enable push permission, and the alarm messages pushed to you by this application will be displayed on the notification bar, status bar, and lock screen
Location permission: Enable location permission to easily obtain the current location information of the phone when adding devices, search for device hotspots near the phone, and determine whether the phone is connected to device hotspots
Album permission: Enable album permission, allowing applications to write to storage devices. You can save screenshots and recordings to your phone's local album
Microphone permission: Enable microphone permission to allow applications to use the microphone to record audio, and you can initiate intercom to the device during real-time preview
Obtain phone number: Obtain phone number to identify the country and email account used for binding
Get Mac address: used to identify users and prevent virtual users from accessing the app
Obtain device IMSI: used to identify a unique client user and prevent virtual users from accessing the app
Obtain device serial number: used to identify a unique client user and prevent virtual users from accessing the app
Collect SD card data: used to store permissions, create app directories, save images, and use when saving videos
32) Account Cancellation Channel: The app provides an account deletion function, which can be accessed through the My Settings section of the app to cancel the account
33) Account cancellation time limit: It takes effect immediately after cancellation and cannot be used by logging into the app.
34) Obtain IMEI: Obtain the number of users, use it to register devices, bind devices, register users for use, and prevent malicious brushing
35) Obtain user software installation list: When the APP needs to redirect to other applications, obtain the user software installation list for comparison, determine whether there is installation, and achieve redirection or prompt download
For example, when logging in using WeChat, jump can be achieved by determining whether to install the WeChat client or not
36）The personal information we collect and generate within the territory of the People's Republic of China will be stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China and will not involve cross-border transmission.
In the future, if your relevant personal information needs to be transmitted to overseas institutions for cross-border data processing, we will comply with laws, administrative regulations, and relevant regulatory provisions. And seek your consent and permission again before conducting data cross-border transmission. At the same time, we ensure that the location and purpose of data transmission are detailed in our privacy policy, allowing you to always know the storage location of personal information. At the same time, we will adopt corresponding encryption, anonymization and other technologies to ensure that your personal information is adequately protected during transmission.
We only store your personal information within the minimum period required by this policy and the time limit required by laws and regulations. To provide you with cloud recording services, the maximum storage time of videos captured by intelligent hardware on the server is based on the duration of the package you purchased. When you no longer use cloud recording, the relevant video files will not be stored on the server. If you stop using the app or unbind smart hardware, we will immediately stop collecting your personal information and anonymize the personal information you have provided us within a reasonable period of time.
If we cease to operate our products or services, we will promptly cease the collection of your personal information, notify you of the cessation of operations in the form of individual deliveries or announcements, and delete or anonymize the personal information we store.
In order to provide you with our services, we will require you to provide the necessary personal data for such services. If you do not provide personal data, we cannot provide you with corresponding products or services.
